OMG!!!! that’s just a little bit beyond ridiculous!!!! First of all, the stupid girl shouldn’t have gotten married before she was 16…secondly, i think that there should be an age limit on that kind of stuff…NY makes all these other laws restricting stupid and random stuff, so why not??…being able to get breast enhancement unless you have like a special circumstance (like breast cancer or something) just basically sets you up to grow up and be a Spitzer kinda protestute…Honestly, i would put that girl in a psych. ward and see how she comes out…then put her mother in one too for even letting her marry that young and for raising a daughter who clearly can’t think straight.
